前台服務很好，住宿環境不錯 停車方便

Room was not stocked or cleaned. Trash can was dirty and outside of room all weekend. No daily cleaning. Daytime reception was pleasant though.

This place was DISGUSTING. It had blood stains on the counter. Drug paraphernalia in kitchen. Broken towel rack I would NEVER stay here.

Awfully place, it didn’t look so bad in the website, but when we arrived we were really mad and disappointed, the lobby didn’t look bad and the guy in front desk was very nice and professional, he gave us our keys and until that moment everything ok. The first surprise was when we arrive to our room, the door was open, that means someone got inside or forgot to close and locked it before the next check in (someone else could spent there a couple of hours before and no one noticed it) The place was in a very bad conditions, the part with the little stove burned and all the drawers almost falling, the bathroom incredibly dirty, even the “clean” towels that we didn’t even touched were stained, everything full of oxide and dust. The bed was well made but the covers, pillows and sheets had a lot of stains, not stains because they were old or something, they had food stains, of sauce or something that was already dry, the backward of the sheets were really dirty, like if someone slept there for weeks and nobody washed them, under the bed we could find a lot of dust and trash, the air conditioner was shaking and making a loudly noise every time we turned on. We tried to call to front desk to ask for someone to change all the sheets and pillows and we discovered the phone was not working because it didn’t even had a cable connected to the phone line. We called to the hotel number in our phones to ask for someone to change the sheets, pillows and towels and he only said that could give us clean pillow cases and not even sending someone to bring them to the room, he even asked if it would be possible for us to go to the lobby to get them. Horrible place, was only for one night and we were in a hurry, otherwise we would have claimed our money back and get a place humanly habitable. Don’t waste your money.

I love the kitchen area it’s very convenient nothing here is dirty areas nearby a lot of stores and gas stations and great customer service and happy The heater works in this weather

I never checked in or paid s deposit but there still trying to charge me

Really great costumer service but the phone Service around that area isn’t too good the rooms are clean the beds are clean I have no batteries in the back of my remote but besides that overall the room was actually pretty good refrigerator work

I’ve been staying here for the last couple days and I can never get towels Or toilet paper until about 6 PM so if you were to have an accident on your bed you can’t get new sheets until the end of the day
