1. 房客幾乎都是歐美人士 所以清潔工作還可以 2. 早餐選項不多 但是能接受 3. 樓頂可以看到旁邊的博物館和皇宮 4. 瓶裝水沒有標示 又能隨意打開 衛生堪慮

This is a great classic hotel. There are really only two room on each floor that has the view of palace and rivet. I stayed in 503 and view spectacular. On Cambodia standards the rooms are great, western its a 3 at best. Staff are awesome 100%. Pool is good but few loungers and people camp out all day on them. So shade is a premium. This could easily be a four star with some updates. After two months in Cambodia my 8 day stay at the Frangipani was awesome.

Kakkerlakken op de kamer. Maken enkel schoon als je een kaart op de deur hangt. Weinig keus bij ontbijtbuffet. Lokatie is goed. Personeel vriendelijk. Nieuwe kamer gekregen na klacht over kakkerlakken. Maar laat geen goed gevoel achter. Hadden 2 kamers geboekt en andere kamer had een airco die veel herrie maakte dus ook 2e kamer nieuwe gevraagd. Sommige noemen dit heritage hotel. Maar zou zeggen veel is simpelweg aan onderhoud nodig.

The location of this hotel is beyond perfect. The hotel itself is beautiful due to the gorgeous historic building. Sadly the air con is not quite what the climate requires. The rooftop pool is glorious. I was told the day I arrived it was shut for two days, but when I went up people were swimming in it… in the end I went in the pool every day and loved it. The rooftop bar is also excellent, with decent (thought not amazing) food and drinks. The worst thing about the hotel was the breakfast. Shockingly poor. They probably don’t have the guest numbers to support a full buffet - so they should do a part buffet part a la carte breakfast… but they don’t… they attempt to do a full buffet but it is terrible. Truly terrible. For vegetarians it’s even worse than terrible. Nevertheless, due to the gorgeous hotel, amazing roof pool/bar, and the unbeatable location, I would definitely consider returning.

At best an average 3* , certainly not a 4*. Rooms are clean but in need of redecorating. Breakfast was dissapointing . Most of the food that was supposed to be hot was cold or warm at best. Staff were friendly-ish but Senior management tried to ignore your presence. Not one I will be going back to anytime soon.

호텔의 위치와 아침 조식 등 전반적인 가성비는 좋았습니다. 다만 아쉬운 점이 있다면 룸 크기와 욕실의 다소 낮은 수압이 조금 불편했습니다. 이번에 프놈펜을 세 번째 방문했는데, 왕궁 근처라서 주변을 걸어서 이동할 수 있다는 편리함이 좋았습니다.

酒店的地理位置十分優越，距離國家博物館步行3分鐘，到皇宮步行7、8分鐘，旁邊就有小超市十分方便，門口隨時都有tuktuk車，天台上可以看到皇宮全景。

位置：離淮南站很近，大概兩三分鐘的路程，從火車站出來就能看到酒店很大的招牌，很好找 衞生：乾淨整潔，沒什麼挑剔的 服務：前台小姐姐服務都很熱情周到，609挺好的 設施：這個房間的層高很高，沒有壓抑的感覺，畢竟衹住了一晚，不會讓人覺得太悶；房間內設施都挺新的，尤其花灑給力，熱水很足，洗澡很暖和不錯 值得誇一下的就是隔音，關上窗戶，窗外的聲音基本上聽不到什麼的這點不錯的……
