When reporting this to the front desk during checkout, I was met with a rude retort: "How could there be no paper? Why didn't you mention it earlier?" Let me ask your hotel: Ensuring basic room amenities is the baseline of service, not a test for guests to repeatedly verify. Instead of self-checking service flaws, you used absurd logic to blame guests for "not discovering the issue earlier." This approach, which reverses right and wrong, reveals not only a lack of service awareness but also disregard for consumer rights.
From check-in to check-out, nearly 12 hours passed. Guests have no obligation to constantly inspect whether the bathroom is out of paper. When an issue arises, the hotel should apologize and rectify it, not shirk responsibility by claiming "the guest didn't notice in time." Such service standards are not mere negligence but a blatant trampling of business credibility. I hereby solemnly declare that I will never set foot in this hotel again and will truthfully report this experience to Cambodia's consumer regulatory authorities, so that everyone can see the arrogance and dereliction behind your so-called "service."
Arrived at 2am.AC was broken, room and bedding quite dirty. Smelled a lot. Very loud as well. Good for a shower without touching anything but not for a stay. Staff was very friendly though!
