橋牌俱樂部酒店 (The Bridge Club)

非常好的景觀，早上起床就能看到湄公河，房間很大有兩個空調，冰箱製冷效果極強。樓下就有超市，還有一個華潤萬家。酒店check in區域和酒店本體分離大約20m左右，當天很晚落地也能有保障。酒店可以單獨購買早餐，5刀一位，泳池就在餐廳外，景觀很好，豬肉燒麥非常好吃。 但需要注意的是，酒店提供的是桶裝水，而且沒有拖鞋，其他都很好，網速挺快的。房間門開門需要刷卡後向右轉兩圈才能開鎖，關門也一樣，安全性強。

我退房時把項鍊落在房間裡了，我打電話給他們時他們説沒有找到。這很奇怪，因為我把它藏在枱燈下面，衹有到枱燈下面找的人才能找到它😊 I was happy with my first night that I extended my night in this hotel and I left such good review. But after checking out from this hotel - I realized that I left my necklace inside the room. I called the reception and asked if they found it - they said no. Something was definitely wrong here. When I stayed I hid the necklace under the desk lamp - so IT IS THERE. If the cleaner clean the room right - they would have found it…even if they didn’t clean it right - when people from the reception look for it they would eventually find it. So someone who has access to the room has found the necklace and decided to keep it for himself. This is very wrong. In the big chain hotel - security inspects all the workers belonging everytime they leave the building. This is a fact, and perhaps - can be taken as an advice to the hotel management 🙏 Also, the way the first reception staff （a guy） left me hanging waiting for an update of the necklace - is not cool. It feels like this issue is treated as a small issue. Later on the issue was handled by a lady from the reception - we exchange few messages and phone calls - just wanna say thank you to her. Tho THEY STILL HAVE NOT FOUND the necklace - at least I know she had done everything that needed to be done. I let the necklace go. I accept the fact that I lost my valuable necklace and that person who found it do not wanna give it back. Tho I let it go, I still feel like I need to write a honest review so that the upcoming guests are aware of this situation. I also saw similar review before, so apparently I am not the only one. I hope the management take this kind of issue seriously so that I will not happened again in the future. That is my only complain. Aside from that I like the room, the view it offers, and the area of the hotel.

地理位置方便、房間價格便宜！同大樓還有類似的飯店，但價格比較貴，性質比相同、房間打掃也算乾淨，可以說是物美價廉

這次住34樓, 房間很大, 窗外景色不錯可以看到湄公河跟naga world, 房間內有微波爐, 冰箱, 跟飲水機, 樓下就有超市, 可滿足日常需求, 離AEON商場也很近, 走路就可以到, 39樓泳池很棒, 自助式早餐種類算豐富, 以一天約30美元價位來說, 很超值, 下次還會考慮入住！

房間類似酒店式公寓，層高較高。設施較其他酒店不同是多了個微波爐，冰箱也是大冰箱，有桶裝純凈水裝置（沒有熱水壺）。個人感覺不錯的是空調不受離房影響。從外面回房間後倍感清涼。但就是感覺睡覺時被子有香煙味。

給了10張9000柬埔寨幣，退房的時候衹給我一張沒來得及看！前台的人手不乾淨欺負我們中國人真的好受傷好惡心

酒店地裡環境不錯，周邊吃飯的地方很多，很多飯店都是國人開的，還有洗衣房，理髮店，換錢的地方，24小時的便利店，總之生活起來很方便，前台會中文，酒店早餐挺不錯。
