We were a little disappointed with this hotel. It wasn’t very clean and most amenities weren’t available. No pool, rooftop bar or spa. Our package included breakfast, but no breakfast was available as the restaurant was closed.

the Room was clean and standart, so that was good. Other than that I can't say I had a pleasant stay. The facilities were all closed (pool, spa, etc) and at some point even the evevator lights weren't working (it was pitch black inside, only realized that when the doors closed 😱). The staff was nice and polite but not very good at communication and not very helpful: I left my luggage at the hotel after checkout and told them I'd come back later in the day to pick it up. When I got back there, the hotel was locked and I had to ask the hotel next door to help me fetch my stuff 😓 if you are in transit in PP, the hotel is good enough to sleep, but don't expect anything else
