欺騙人，不是新開的酒店，房間一浸酸餿味，床單發黃的，枕頭內心也是發黃的，沖涼的時候外面滲水到出邊，床褥太軟，酒店名字開了兩同一個頁面中文和英文分開的小心選擇到是同一間酒店，樓下附近什麼都沒有

房間沒拖鞋，也沒找到電視機的遙控器，衹有機頂盒遙控器，衞生有待改善，好的方面是空調用的是中央空調，房間隔音效果可以，睡覺的床比較舒適

In principle, I liked the hotel, the staff is very polite and friendly, they help in everything and find answers to your questions. The only thing is that the breakfasts are very similar, in principle, the dish was delicious that I ate, but the same is served for breakfast, it’s a little boring. The air conditioner worked well, the light too. The girl at the reception is very nice and speaks English well, and their security is very good, that is, you feel safe. In general, the service staff is very good

The location was great, with easy access to many attractions and plenty of good food nearby. I will definitely come back for my next stay. One thing that I think could further enhance the guest experience is for the Front Office team to provide a brief explanation of the guest benefits during check-in, such as breakfast details, including where and when it is served. Although this information is mentioned in the booking confirmation, many guests may overlook it or not read it carefully. A short introduction upon arrival would make guests feel more informed, welcomed and comfortable throughout their stay.

The room is neat and location is excellent. If there is a table that can move around will be even better. All tables in the room are mounted to the wall. Toilet/huge bath tub/shower are separated unit, wonderful design for large group to stay. Queen size Bed with 4 pillows and pillow is not thin. Refrigerator is working perfectly as most of the hotel Refrigerator is not working anymore.
