基本上整體的地理位置是不錯的，但生活機能上算還可以，嚴格來講周邊地區的餐飲美食消費都是較高的，以我這種商務考察的應該算可以，由於還在施工中以後若是有加早餐那會是更棒的！

The hotel seems to be situated in an u finished building. The lift was a service lift. The rooms were pleasant and clean with a large balcony with fantastic views of the Mekong river. No toothbrush or shampoo shower gel provided just a small soap. The room had a kitchennete with a single cooker and mini fridge too. A big sofa with a coffee table was provided. For the price this is an excellent value for money hotel. It is next to the Connextion shopping area. Shangrila hotel is a 10 min walk

Let’s start with the good. Staff are nice and friendly. The hotel is new and relatively clean, bed is comfy. BUT there are some minor things they can do to immediately improve the whole experience. There’s lots of mosquitoes and I suspect it is from the artificial pond next door at Connexion mall. All they need to do is release some fish into the pond and it should relief this issue. The toilet bowl design is poor and shower water pressure weak, but lastly, the music in the elevator is very annoying. If they can loop some nicer songs or even just removing it would be much much better. I’ll be back to stay in two weeks and I hope I’ll see some immediate improvements!

The hotel is located on a small island, close to the bridge and convenient for getting to the city center. At the same time, it’s not right in the center, which is a big advantage since the central area can be quite noisy. The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful, and very clean. I really liked this place. I’ve stayed here several times already and will definitely come back again.
