Let’s start with the good. Staff are nice and friendly. The hotel is new and relatively clean, bed is comfy. BUT there are some minor things they can do to immediately improve the whole experience. There’s lots of mosquitoes and I suspect it is from the artificial pond next door at Connexion mall. All they need to do is release some fish into the pond and it should relief this issue. The toilet bowl design is poor and shower water pressure weak, but lastly, the music in the elevator is very annoying. If they can loop some nicer songs or even just removing it would be much much better. I’ll be back to stay in two weeks and I hope I’ll see some immediate improvements!

The hotel is located on a small island, close to the bridge and convenient for getting to the city center. At the same time, it’s not right in the center, which is a big advantage since the central area can be quite noisy. The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful, and very clean. I really liked this place. I’ve stayed here several times already and will definitely come back again.
