The staff are nice, but there’s a problem with the housekeeping. I don’t know if I woke up late or what, but I hung the sign on my door asking for room cleaning, and I never saw any housekeeper show up. It’s been three days and no one has cleaned the room. They only gave me one bottle of water. I’m not sure how this hotel handles customer service or what their rules are, but in other hotels, they usually at least leave drinking water at the door for guests
