和諧金邊酒店 (Harmony Phnom Penh Hotel)

酒店就在金邊老城區前江岸邊，樓下就是老城市場，有點亂和吵。但頂樓的餐廳可以看江景，頂樓還有游泳池可以享用，還有健身房。 房間大而衞生，早餐也不錯。

Disharmony is the right name for this hotel. This hotel ruined all the wonderful impressions of Cambodia and the wonderful locals. Staff who allow you to be rude and imitate, is it a service? The senior manager hating people is not boring to work with them. Hotel policy: I have a room booked I need an early check-in rooms available at the moment are available, pay 100 %of the cost for the identical room and for breakfast too, why the second breakfast? Hotel policy! Deposit $50 for a room with mould in the bathroom. Deposit so that they don't steal mould? When asked to give a room with a normal bathroom, wait for the maid. Half an hour later the maid came, but the room will be replaced! 40 minutes of waiting, I call the reception when they replace the number, the answer: the maid said it was a normal mould! What??? We won't give another number, no others! But the room is mouldy! Do you want to clean the bathroom? Pay for an early check-in and we'll be cleaning your room all the time! It's all the company's policy! And give answers for 40 minutes! And if you don't like something, everyone says it's okay, it's a problem with you. Avoid this place. And yes, mould is very harmful to health and it's not the norm!!!!!

I have stayed at Harmony hotel a few times now over the years and always enjoy my stay. The staff are always friendly and welcoming and have always rectified any issues that arise with prompt care. Great location in amongst it all, a little pricey but makes up for in convenience. Wished the beds were a little softer as I am getting older. All in all I will come and stay again. Danny

Overall a good hotel. Mostly satisfied with my stay. Some improvement, if made, could make it better. Recommendation: don't get the balcony room. Room 1: Initially I was 'upgraded' to a balcony room. This room has plenty of light, but faced the street so it had lots of road noise from scooters. It also had mosquitos (I killed 10+ in two nights). I was not satisfied with this room and asked to swap to an alternative after a night in which some drunk men in the street were very noisy until 1am. Room 2: this room faced an internal atrium, meaning less natural light. However, it was big, comfortable, quiet, and didn't have mosquitos. I was much happier with this room. Staff/service: Very friendly, smiley staff who respond to your requests promptly. Pool: Good. Plenty of beds and shade, allowing you to spend a peaceful rest day by the pool. Location: close to the lively part of town, but not in it. Pretty good. Improvements needed: - Make sure bedroom doors reach the floor, so light, sound, and mosquitos do not easily penetrate the room. - Get double-glazed windows on the balcony rooms for sound proofing. - Add optional privacy curtains to the high windows in the bathroom that open into the hallway (a peeping tom, if looking through, can't see you on the toilet or bath directly, but they could easily see the reflection in the large mirror).

A very clean modern hotel with spacious room, very friendly staff. Strategic location near river side, lots of F&B options.

Enjoyed my stay, although room was on the small side and there was a tricky step into the shower / toilet it was comfortable enough and AC worked v.well. The pool was only a plunge pool but it had a superb view on the roof of the hotel. Location is very handy for night market & river front promenade. Reception staff were excellent and welcoming, breakfast Very Good indeed with plenty of choice. I would definitely return.

總共住了7天 整體感受還是非常好的 酒店不大 但樓頂有泳池 有小的泳池吧 早上的早餐也還算豐盛 每個工作人員都是笑臉相迎 很好

he staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel is close to tourist attractions. However, it is located near a market, so there’s a smell of food, and the parking space is limited.

Very good location near by riverside. People friendly and very kind. Amazing breakfast with different choices.
