Very good and beautiful location. Easy to find and facing beautiful sea and we had a nice walk at the beach. Just that the room is bit old but been refurbished. We had a dinner at the hotel foods were pretty good. I would go back again definitely.

It’s great location, reception very friendly. Room a bit dusty and don’t have sound proof that you could hear everything from outside and inside the building. Overall it is okay to stay for 1 night.

The room was dirty to say the least: the walls were with stains and the carpet had uncleaned footprints. Shower/bathtub looked beaten, and the shower head was dripping for several hours before stopping. The two queen size beds in my room were okay. In short it was more like a cheap motel than a stared hotel.

就差不多是汽車旅館的標準，千萬千萬不要報什麼幻想，設施設備都十分簡陋，全自助式check in&out 可取之處是地段好，車就停在房門口。雖然是bay view 但是開門就是馬路，不得不一直拉著窗簾。沒有吹風機沒有吹風機沒有吹風機。要看企鵝遊行又實在回不了市區的選擇吧

Only stayed one night & was enough. Basic room with basic amenities. Bathroom seat was disgusting & had urine smell. Only thing good was it was close to beach & short drive from penguin parade. Found a great place for breakfast not fair also.
