Housekeeping is only on alternate days, unless you request otherwise. The quality of housekeeping is a bit inconsistent. However, one nice perk of the hotel is the complimentary breakfast, though it's the same items pretty much everyday. I attended an event at the Convention Center, which is a short 5-min walk away. There's also a supermarket (Trader's Joe) nearby.

I like Residence Inn, Philadelphia. Mark, front desk clerk was personable & helpful. At 6’8” tall I appreciated a mirror I can shave in & a shower I can stand in. My wife enjoyer her bath & the bed. Breakfast was ample. Coffee was good. We will b bok.

The hotel is in a good location, next to the City Hall, and a short walk to Reading Terminal for food. The room is a bit compact, but has a fridge, microwave, iron and ironing board. Toiletries like tooth brush and tooth paste need to be requested from the front desk. The bed is very comfortable, but the pillows are too soft for me.
