The bar man named Kelvin in lobby bar, he did double charge our bill , he asked us that he need to keep our visa card for deposit with no charge ,we paid for cash that night and also we found that he also charged our visa card when we reached home and we called the hotel to solve this problem ,even we asked Trip centre to help but omg no body can solve it ! okay for donation ！

다운타운 메인거리에 있어서 위치도 좋고 깔끔한 호텔입니다. 어쩌다 1박씩 따로 결제해서 2박을 하게 되었는데, 같은 방을 이어서 숙박할수는 있었는데 시스템 때문인지 다시 체크인해야해서 약간 아쉬웠습니다. 그래도 청소도 깔끔히 해주고 좋았습니다.

One of the bedsheets is very dirty, full of black stuff and hairs, obviously not cleaned or changed after the previous guest. Good thing is there are fridge and microwave in the room. Lobby is at second level.

訂房網站 was very helpful but from the beginning this hotel failed us. We arrived at 9pm to check in, room was not ready until 11pm. With a very cranky sleepy 3yr old. I called the hotel 3 days before check in to request a crib/pack and play and it was not given to us. I had to go to front desk 3 times to request one. Very good location, decent rooms but horrible housekeeping staff and follow through.
