泊尼歐酒店 (Hotel Pinija)

The hotel is a bit isolated, it was not easy to reach it. Taxis take a lot of time to arrive so be careful if you have a bus to take. The buffet was very expensive and not that great. The lobby is nice. The balcony with the sea side view is pretty but there is no actual beach, it looks like a port or it’s covered in pebbles and not comfortable. The room is average and really not worth the price. It was not thoroughly cleaned. There is no international channels, no YouTube, no Netflix. The AC was not working. There was no water bottles, no kettle, no tea or coffee. Very poor amenities and we paid nearly 150€… Would not recommend.

Sehr luxuriöses Hotel mit allem, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Besonders positiv: barrierefrei und somit auch für Gäste mit Handicap bestens geeignet. Das Essen war hervorragend, das Personal durchweg superfreundlich. Getränke sind, wie in Kroatien üblich, recht teuer, dafür gab es für Hotelgäste tolle Sonderkonditionen am Strand (Liege + Schirm für 5 € statt 20 €). Strand typisch kroatisch mit Steinen, aber sehr gepflegt. Insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert!

Great hotel, clean room. Hotel by the beach, available parking. Good spread of breakfast. Disabled room is very wheelchair friendly and hotel is completely disabled friendly. You can even wheel into the pool with ramp and into the open sea with ramp. Will definitely stay here again.

The hotel was okay, but we had a big problem getting a taxi to the airport. Today (June 4, 2026) was a public holiday and the receptionist couldn't manage it—honestly, he didn't even try

LOVED staying here. I had a great welcome from the Receptionist, Rino - he gave me all the info I needed, and looked after my bags when I arrived before I went to the beach. He even called to tell me my room was ready early - but please note this might not happen each time. The hotel smelt nice when you entered the reception. It was so clean and fresh. The decor is lovely. The restaurant is huge with lots of seating. The gym and pool are great. So are the saunas which have an adults room for chilling in. The hotel is on the beach and I went in June so not crowded at all. Shout out to Rino, Ali, Barbara and Monika too for all their help and for a great stay. Please do check the timings for the buses carefully though as the bus schedule is very infrequent as it is based in Petrcane, not in Zadar itself. But it is a lovely village to holiday in, I really enjoyed the sunsets and the nights walking around, and it is not far from Punta Skala beach which I went to twice. They can organise excursions too to national parks and other tours if you wanted

Alles TOP Sehr aufmerksames Zimmermädchen. Riesige Auswahl am Frühstücksbufet. Das Hotel und unser Aufenthalt war perfekt. Kommen sicher wieder und werden euch weiter empfehlen.
