Excellent location and convenient to shopping, public transport. There is a fantastic singing brother and sister duo on Wed and Thursdays at the lounge. They are so talented and can sing all the classic pop songs. Love it! Brings good vibes, great memories and relaxation to travellers .

Good location. Walkway to MRT station and One Utama mall. Not 5 star hotel level bed and pillow comfortness but still acceptable. Kids club is huge play area. Plus point. The swimming pool no longer with salt water. Is normal pool now. Gym is great. Is meant for member/fitness club as well. In operation 24/7.

參加AODC的朋友可以住這家酒店，特別方便。通過天橋走路5分鐘就到達One Utama商場，可以解決三餐，距離PJPAC也是5分鐘走路就到了。床品好睡，水壓穩定👍🏻

Rooms were really clean and tidy. Bidet was in-built to the toilet bowl. However, we preferred to have a normal bidet. The room has a smart TV, able to play Youtube. Gym was spacious and open 24/7. Service there were really good. Good spread of breakfast, and most of the food were delicious - the fruit juice was our family's favourite. They serve fresh watermelon juices. It's a 10-15mins walk to 1 Utama mall from the hotel, convenient to go there. Location wise - convenient to go as you can walk to the LRT and travel from there.

First time staying in Petalling Jaya area and found this hotel to have a very strategic location, it is walking distance to the mrt and has a linkway connected to One Utama mall and it is just so so convenient and accessible around! The hotel is so also very clean and pleasant to stay in, the service was amazing and the in-room dining tastes amazing too! It was an amazing stay and i would recommend others to stay here if you have a concert in Ideas Live KL as it is very near with grab!

Check-in : Fast and seamless Hotel Room : Clean and well maintained Staff Response : Fast, courteous, and friendly Amenities : It was not the first time we stayed in the hotel but first time under the new brand name. Checking in was fast and efficient. Provided with welcome snacks in the fridge. Was surprised that the hotel is practising sustainability effort by providing water using glass bottles, which is commendable. The hotel water wasn't the usual "scalding" type (at times just warm) even when the level is at the extreme left, perhaps it part of sustainability but we prefer it a tat hotter if possible. Didn't get to enjoy the rest of the amenities, but the hotel promotions seemed attractive.

Rooms were spacious and clean. The gym had so many amenities, kids club had a full fledged playground. Buffet spread was good and changed daily. Would definitely stay again
