簡直就是我這半個月住的最差的酒店，又貴，房間又小，説是有窗，窗戶還沒有巴掌那麼寬！！！！體驗感非常非常差，，還要爬3樓樓梯，提著行李，omg

還好 環境有點骯臟 房間裡沒有毛巾也沒有吹風筒 去櫃枱詢問 他們竟然回答説 送去洗了還沒送回來 所以提供不到毛巾給我們 下次應該不會再來了！

Pillow smelly & the room lack of maintenance, aircond sound is noisy , drain paip sound so loud & not provided hair dryer (even ask the reception also said no).

There are better and newer place nearby. This place is old and run down. In front of MRT so quite noisy too. Location is excellent.

Just one pug in a room, I booked a family room that can live 4 adult, it's not convenient to us to charge hand phone, give a suggestion to bring a wire extension if you want to book this hotel Every thing is ok, room is clean and hotel near by mrt, and there are a lot of restaurant around the hotel. customer service and front desk are very polite, excellent! 👍👍

Hi I had a very bad experience on my stayed at Sovotel Boutique Hotel. I paid for an upgrade room, but instead my room is downgrade. Which they said on your confirmation of room. The cup and towel which they provided is either dirty and old Like the cup, they don't bother to wash and the towel is old and torn I will send you some photos as proof I had paid for the big bed, and the give me a smaller bed.
