It was an unmanned hotel. Check in and check out are done via kiosk. There is a washer and dryer for laundry, but operate until 9pm only. A few 24hrs restaurants nearby. Sufficient enough for my transit stay at night for an early morning meeting.

I will not stay again. To start with, there is nobody at Reception. It is an electronic kiosk outside that you have to navigate to get a key. That was not overly complicated, but nowhere in the booking did it say this was an unmanned hotel. If you're not a little tech savvy it might get a bit testing. But be that as it may, the room was clean - if small.... There's barely room to walk around and the luggage holder barely holds half a small roll on. Check out was unclear to the point I just left my key and walked out. One has to pay a RM50 deposit that supposedly gets refunded on check out. I presumed - as is the case across the world - that you got refunded in tthe way you paid - credit card to credit card, cash to cash, etc. But noooooooooo. I got a message on whatsapp asking me for my personal bank account detials to refund the RM50. I have a Malaysian bank, but beware foreign travellers that this would be the cost of the overseas wire transfer and you'd end up getting nothing back. I should not have presumed, I know.... Overall I found service non-existent, I donated my deposit to charity - which the staff will probably use for dinner while laughing behind my back - but I was certainly not giving out my personal bank details to a complete stranger over whatsapp. The unfortunate thing about this rating system is that I chose it for location, so they get points for that - and to be fair the room - what there was of it - was clean. So they get points for that and now will rate as just average. But my personal opinon is that it is a dodgy, shady, clever tricky unfortunate and disaapointing way to treat a guest, and I will not be going back. Beware to others out there.

Not a bad hotel for a quick stay, self checkin, and self check out, all automated.
Room was clean and ok for a short overnight stay. Housekeeping staff started very early and I awoke to the vacuum being used at 8am.. not ideal.
Would probably stay again if cheap rates.

Not a good experience. I checked in early around half hour it need to pay additional RM10, it’s okay. After checked out and it required to pay ‘other charges’ rm5 because I did not noticed that if using EWallet will be charges for deposit and it deducted from my deposit. Please note that it required to pay rm50 cash deposit when you stay in this hotel. No next time. This hotel is using kiosk machine for check in/ out and do not have front desk for assistance. Please take it as consideration.

Check in time they make it for me at 4:30. Im wait outside their check in machine for hours, than can’t check in. Finally i call the hotel, they only tell me the room haven’t ready, that time already 4:15. Some more they still got face to collect deposit from me. Very bad experience i ever had. Not recommended

Staff is friendly & good. However, I can’t sleep the whole night. The hallway outside the rooms keep playing loud music throughout the entire night. The doors and room is already very thin and no sound proofing. I tried to close my ears and wear AirPods, but too loud. If you’re a light sleeper, good luck. There is no receptions there, do self check in and check out. So, I tried to call the hotel hotline to ask them turn off the music multiple times, no one picks up the call. Seriously, the loud music is disturbing and idk how this can be a hotel.
