Room was alright, but door was faulty. Card doesn’t work so key had to be used to open it. And the key gets stuck very often. Super cold aircond.

We got a good discount on 訂房網站 while booking the room. Therefore we wouldn't trouble ourselves to complain when there's no toilet paper & bottled mineral water provided. We had a king bed but only had 2 thin pillows. the aircond is freezing cold.

Rubbish hotel couldn't cancel for wrong booking. Just book within 5 minute noticed book wrong location but hotel doesn't allow cancel. Blood sucking.

Room was very clean, spacious enough and good customer service . Was allowed to check in 1hr 15mins earlier without any additional charges. Rooom Rate was very cheap on my booking day. Lots of parking place and safe area. There is a 7 eleven and 99speedmart below. There is a LRT station opposite. Easy access to lots of places in KL & main parts of Selangor. Very near to PLUS Highway Exit (Damansara Exit). Hope the hotel can provide a small electric kettle to complete their excellent service. Thank you

Location very good and easy access. Near to public transport, convenience store, and kedai mamak. But close early.Hahaha.
Overall ok la for solo traveler.

Lokasi bagus berdekatan lrt, kedai makan dll. Bilik kecil, harga agak mahal. Level 2 ada bilik customer lain merokok, tak tahan bau asap rokok dan mereka bising. Mohon pihak hotel boleh ambil tindakan jika ada customer begini. Kerana menganggu customer lain yang stay. Tq.

fast check in and out. Water pressure is very strong, very enjoy. bed so far so good. Air conditioning is sufficient to support but slow cool. location is super nearby kelana jaya LRT, with less car park
