Avoid this place if possible. We stayed in A2-21-06 for 2 nights and the unit appears to have quite a few severe health and safety hazzard issues as follow: 1. unable to lock windows 2. ac water dripping directly above TV 3. severe ceiling leak with structural exposed and mold growth 4. hairdryer with exposed internal wiring Issue 3 was raised with the property manager during the stay and they replied will get their maintenance team to look at but no one attended to the issue. Raised remaining issues with the property manager upon check out, then they offered a 10% discount so that I don't write a review about the issues. First, they claimed that they were not aware of the issues as the operation team did not inform them but these issues definitely had been there for months not days. Then they claimed they have reset their whatsapp due to technical issue and all previous message gone. They also asked for a deposit of RM100 before check in and no invoice or receipt will be provided as this is not part of their procedure. When asked when could I expect for the refund of deposit, the team advised their accountant is on leave and will refund when they return from leave. Until I escalated, the property manager called and said they would offer RM50 discount to close the case as in I do not write a review and promised I will get my refund. Offer declined, refund of deposit received and honest review written.

This 3 bedroom Apt was big enough to accommodate the 5 of us. There were 2 additional mattresses to accommodate 2 more pax. The 3 bathrooms were an added bonus! The host was generally quite responsive to our queries and request. We will definitely consider booking this apt again for our future 訂房網站 back to PJ.

Location quite near to some shop lots for food (~5-10mins driving distance). Overall clean but there is only 2 lifts available so the lift waiting time is on the longer side.
