Empire Damansara 復古公寓 (Empire Damansara Retro Apartments)

Worst experience I have ever had in my life. Failed to check in, door is locked. No person in charge, only tell you to retry and retry but not solving anything. We have waited in the lobby for more than 45 minutes but they did not send any help during this time. Letting us waiting in the lobby which was very hot, dirty, and even smelly. Their lobby is just right beside the basement car park. Cant understand what kind of design is that. For their room, looks like ******* house, full of advertising posters infront of the doors, old facilities. Cant even check in, the door lock is out of battery and make us standing outside, and the end we choose to leave and find a new hotel but what's more horrible, they refused to refund even though is their problem. We end up failed to check in, spending money but no room for us. What a shame for this service apartment, no customer services, no assistance at all, only security guards whom knows nothing.
