酒店的地理位置絕佳，出了門就是地鐵站，走路五分鐘到商業街，周邊美食選擇特別多。晚上散步回來還能經過一條種滿櫻花的小路，很有情調。無論是購物還是遊玩，都非常方便，真的選對了地方。

1st time stay area Petaling Jaya. Great experience for me. Thank you Mossaz team, provide every details information and make me feel easier stay here and feel like home. Just have to enjoy the lift moment, overall i am satisfied and want to come back again. Yes in toilet, other review told that no hanging wall.. But for me, i put towel behind the mirror there have space to put things there. Hair dryer, iron and board is provided. I am impress because kitchen station have dishwash and and other tools. If you guys want stay here for long days, there have Bila-bila Mart below near reception. There so much plenty of things sell there and i am enjoying look every row at the mart 😂 Clean, tidy, spacious room. For parking, it is just RM6 per day and very affordable. For grab food or car, pick up at level B3. Last but not least, the beautiful flower wall is at level 39. Near gym and swimming pool.

It's a very new establishment, expect yourself to be right next to construction site. It is so new that the location is also a little confusing, as it is not pin point very accurately yet on the map. The room is very spacious and new, but can see cleanliness will be an issue when it's no longer new. Better and higher maintenance needed. The noise of people closing their doors in the middle of the night was very loud and can wake you up. The A/C is too weak for a spacious room like this, 16C and I was still sweating at night. Nevertheless for this price point, it is a decent stay for a night.

無事先告知會停電，直到停電時我們主動向櫃檯訊問才曉得會停電至凌晨兩點（當時才11:27），櫃檯不給予退房也無任何補償，最終我們決定換飯店，並在平台上申訴退三晚的房費，但都被店家反駁！不會再次消費

電梯需要等很久尤其是check out時間段。剛checkin的時候整個房間和廁所的地上是濕的我們是大約五點左右checkin 距離可以checkin的時間（三點）已經有一段時間了。我們聯絡客服反應問題要求換房他們也衹派一個清潔人員來重新抹過一次地上

Super disappointed with the cleanliness when we check in the floor still wet as the foreign work told the previous customer just checked out, but the floor is so wet and sticky which I don’t know why. For the facilities the bed frame is already broken ! Is just a cheap wooden frame with cracked and broken. Even the light is also have 1 is not functional. Location is good but to find this place is not convenience because is very confusing for the car parking entrance. With the cheap price totally is understandable for the size of the room and the long queue wait for the left. BUT NOT THE FACILITIES & CLEANLINESS

Excellent Stay – Great Value for Money! I had a fantastic experience staying at this hotel. The facilities were modern, clean, and well-maintained — everything from the lobby to the room was impressive. One of the biggest pluses was the free parking, which made our stay so much more convenient, especially since we were driving. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. For the price we paid, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable, affordable stay with great facilities!

Excellent service from parking to receptionist until getting to the room with easy access of facilities. The staff is quite friendly and assist kindly of any issues for example the door access card. The pool and gym is quite nice and the room is clean and tidy. Price is very reasonable for the room size. Overall i'm satisfied and probably will repeat staying here in the future.
