服務真的差到很離譜從6:30一直在處理，到9:55才拿到房卡！我很早就已經book了的，錢也付了，去到櫃枱卻説沒有我的booking name。我連我的booking record 都show給他。他們説不行。要我打給訂房網站.com，打了給訂房網站.com又説sleepy bear那邊聯繫不到人。等了3小時半，孩子也在車睡著了。床是有一點塌陷的，枕頭也發黃，最終點的是孩子睡到半夜，整身癢！唯一的就是是冷氣真的很冷罷了。

凌晨到達酒店，在南塔辦公室找保安順利拿到鑰匙，第二天早上七點出門時發現房門無法反鎖，之前客服沒有提供鎖門的攻略，我撥通客服電話無人接聽，到樓下找北塔和南塔的保安人員都沒有人願意提供幫助，折騰了半個小時，最後發現要關閉門內的lock標識，外面關門即可。感覺服務的響應程度不夠及時。 房間本身的設施齊全，做飯洗衣的器材都有提供，就這個價位來説還不錯，床墊和枕頭非常軟沒有支撐力，躺久了會累。 公寓附近有便捷超市，對面有個大商場，買生活用品很方便

I contacted the property through WhatsApp and proceeded to the check-in counter. To my surprise, they could not find the key to my room and made me wait 25 minutes. When I followed up, they still couldn’t locate the key, and the only solution offered was to switch me to a different room — not my original choice. What disappointed me more was the management at the counter. There were four staff present, yet three were disengaged — yawning, burping, and showing no courtesy. The one assisting me seemed inexperienced and handled the situation poorly. Overall, it was a below-average experience. The room itself was okay but not the one I booked, and the facilities were just acceptable. Management and customer service need serious improvement.

Sangat baik. Rumah bersih. Kemudahan lengkap. Kalau boleh ada satu cermin kat luar tu. Payah nak bersiap kena masuk bilik air nk tengok cermin. Cuma access card ada 1 je. Jadi payah jgk kalau family member nak gi tempat lain2.

房間第一眼總體乾淨，不過不能細看。床過軟甚至説是塌陷的都不為過。廁所返臭，通知了之後大半天才來人看，也解決不了。放些圖片自己看吧

We stayed for one night at this service apartment. The place is very clean and well maintained, and the safety measures are good, which gave me peace of mind. However, the bed quality was only average, and the pillows were too soft and of below-average quality. A better set of pillows would greatly improve the sleeping experience, as good rest is very important. Another small improvement would be for the receptionist to explain clearly how to use the digital lock. I only figured out that you need to press and hold the lock for the numbers to appear before entering the numeric password. This simple instruction would save guests time and confusion. Overall, a pleasant and safe stay with some room for improvement in comfort and communication.
