dont come here if u want to wait for ur deposit refund..the check in and checout time is limited..if u check out early than 9am ur deposit they wil transfer back but took a super long time,becouse they only accept the deposit in cash..very hussle,the cash rm100 ur money will took long time for them to return to u..sugesstion to update to creadit card better.no hassle..

Airbnb hotel.. walk distance to PJ33 Plaza, Jaya Grocery and PJ Digital Mall..few restaurants nearby.. condition inside room good, but corridor abit hot..not good maintenance..

Parking fee is a bit expensive. Need to pay for RM22 in total for 2days 1 night. If you park at basement, their parking rate is base on per hour. RM2/hr, kindly accumulate by your own self.
Their room was cozy as per advertised. For short stay would be ok since got nothing else to do. Dont have a lot of facilities in this hotel since their management is more into airbnb type. Overall was good but im pretty sure that most of guest wont repeat to stay here again on their next visit including my self.

Hotel lobby was run down, room capacity ok, but bathroom don’t have place to put the shampoo. The top shower head switch was broke…
And cleanness need to be improve, a lot of dust I in the bed sheet.
Cleaning service upon request and RM40 will be charge for each. This I think this was ridiculous, we are paying service charge right…
But tv have YouTube to use , Netflix also installed and we can log in if you hv acc, quite good for this.

Really enjoy my stay here. Wory every penny but the problem is parking is really expensive. No flat rate for hotel users. Maybe can improve on this matter

The process of check in and check out take time. So allocate time to do that. They take RM100 deposit, CASH only. Check in after 3pm. Checkout 11am. So be prepared. Only 2 elevators working during my stay. One time I was leaving the hotel, only one elevator was working. Other than that, room is clean. Water in bathroom has good pressure.
I probably won’t come here again IF I have other choices of place to stay.
