爛的不能再爛了，三點到了辦理入住説房間還在打掃，要三點半以後才能入住。後面來了前台沒人放個牌子説上廁所，等了快半個小時才來人。入住流程也麻煩，給你兩條毛巾告訴你酒店在對面樓裡，進去了電梯還是壞的。入住後房間又小又臟，床和被子還有枕頭沒一個是乾淨的，空調還沒遙控器，也沒有開關，噪音巨大，廁所馬桶一直漏水，很 吵，並且不提供牙刷沐浴露洗髮水，房間裡還一直有股怪味。簡直差到離譜

酒店看起來應該很多年了，設施都沒有換，很差，是我住過最差的酒店。進到酒店就很想立刻離開的那一種。和照片完全不一樣。 外面都是外撈，有點可怕。

Told that the deposit will be given back right after checking out, the staff told me that the money will be transferred shortly to my account after i gave my account number, it have been 2 days and still nothing. I called the property and even the number on the counter, no response! I believe this is a lie just so that they can keep the deposit money!

房間內部環境還可以，地理位置站印度人聚集區，周圍環境比較差。訂酒店要交50馬按金，當時沒有，跑到旁邊的雙威金字塔ATM機找了半天。而且訂好酒店之後，酒店裡麵幾乎什麼都沒有，雖然來説比較乾淨，房間門鎖需要鑰匙，我們根本打不開。充電口衹有一個，而且空調就像排氣扇一樣，製冷效果很差，真的無語了

這家酒店就在金字塔旁，放行李超方便，步行6分鐘即達大巴乘車點，入住就見仁見智了，洗澡確實不太方便，總之趕10:00的車，如果怕堵車選這家店還是可以的

房間還可以，面積不是很大，但衞生條件還過得去，周圍環境是馬來人的生活區，馬來餐廳，小吃很多，馬來便利店樓下也有三四個。需要50馬幣的按金。唯一的問題是訂房網站預訂已付稅，到店還是要求再付，顯示沒有收到，出示訂房網站的付款明細後沒再堅持，但浪費了一些時間

Cheap hotel in a good location. Need to pay for parking but also can parking free outside but always full. Beside mamak and food stall. Can go shopping to sunway pyramid.

I choose it because it was the cheapest closest hotel to the conference in Subway Univerity. The room smelled smoke, was no kettle, bottled water, tea, soap or toothbrush. There was remaining of spider webs in some corners of the room. Also had to pay RM10 I refundable tax & RM50 deposit (refunded) There was drinking water, hot shower water, shampoo, towels, LCD & public iron.

Had been there for so many times, as this is the most nearest Hotel to make it easy for me to travel to the work place while staying in Subang Jaya. Had been many times complaint about the Cleanliness, especially for Clean Towel provided and the Bed-Sheet prepared as the Old Stained still can clearly seen. Old equipment inside the room, especially the Shower Machine with too slow water flow, an Old Air-Cond Unit and a TV with no channel also being provide.
