隔籬房間有人食煙，即時向前台反映前台，職員沒有理會，並表示不相信 1小時後再向職員反映，住客堅持職員才到房間看過究竟。職員當然表示當天全滿不能更換房間。職員明知住客在房間內吸菸，只叫他打開槍通風。房間內的水壺生鏽滿佈。打開櫃桶一陣臭味 There was someone smoking in the neighbouring room; I reported it to the front desk immediately, but the staff ignored me and said they didn’t believe it. One hour later I reported it again and the guest insisted — only then did the staff go to the room to check. The staff said the hotel was fully booked and could not change our room. Although they knew the guest had been smoking in the room, they only told him to open the window to ventilate. The kettle in the room was badly rusted. When I opened the drawer there was a strong foul odor.

房間裡還留有其他人喝過的飲料垃圾，設施陳舊，酒店經理是個印度人，很不講衞生，態度很高高在上，正好這個城市有活動，價格漲到3900多一晚的汽車旅館，第一次來這裡，完美入坑，大家還是小心謹慎吧，訂房網站竟然推這種酒店，不評估嗎？很失望！

The location is definitely a plus — very close to the airport, which is convenient for early flights. However, the overall experience was quite disappointing. The front desk staff was not friendly and seemed uninterested in helping. When I entered the room, there was a strong unpleasant smell that took a long time to fade. The hairdryer was broken and emitted a burning smell when turned on, which was very concerning. Would only recommend for a one-night stay if you're in transit and need something near the airport — otherwise, I wouldn't return.

Great easy self check in. Perfectly located for the airport. Room was nicely appointed and although an older style everything was beautifully neat and tidy. Comfy bed, tv worked, coffee basics, clean fluffy towels, perfect for our needs. Highly recommend.
