除了地點比較方便，周邊有公車站去市區和其他區，價錢相應較低，其他方面的感覺很差。 1. 房間衛生強差人意 - 入住之後，沒有人來請潔打掃，問前台，回覆說沒有清潔服務。所以最後要自己清潔 - 房間備品，包括衛生紙，洗潔精，洗衣粉，垃圾桶的膠袋，全部要問才會給 2. 房間設施年久失修 - 保險箱完全是一塊廢鐵，門鎖已經生鏽 - 洗衣機可以用，不過洗衣途中不時會自動打開；可怕的是門打開後洗衣機仍然運轉 - 馬桶水箱長期漏水 - 洗手間啲燈製失靈，要非常用力拍才會開燈 3. 人員態度 共接觸過三位職員。 - 年輕的一位男士很友善，對客人笑容滿面。 - 有位年長的女士，看上去比較嚴肅，但對客人的查詢仍然樂意回覆 - 最令我反感是一位年長的男人，態度粗暴無禮。事緣我的入住是分開兩次預訂，房型不一様。本來和年長的女士溝通好，會過幾天搬去別的房間。不過酒店今天臨時有其他空房，我不介意提前搬去小一點的房間。中午正在收拾準備搬房，年長的男士拍門，要我們十分鐘內搬走。我女兒回覆說我們正在收拾行李，會盡快。結果這個男人當著我女兒的面，直接說****. 我女兒祇是一個剛18歲的女生，當下完全不懂如何回應，之後很委屈向我投訴 話說回來，如果大家不太計較淸潔、設施和人員的態度，Mont Clare確實值得入住！祝大家好運！

HORRIBLE. NOT RECOMMENDED. Reception is not 24 hour manned. Did not receive any check in instructions, sent emails to enquire and all of them went unresponded. Had to call the emergency hotline which incurred roaming charges on my end 🙄 wifi was not working when i checked in and after waiting for a few hours i called the emergency hotline again only to be told off that my issue was not an emergency. Dude even hung up on me. Extremely unprofessional. Also doorknob was broken lol. Wrote an email to complain and they didnt respond either. Would have given a 0 if i could.
