Checked in After 6pm and received email with code to able to draw room key from box. Large room for 3pax and bath room shower head water pressure is good. Only disappointed is unable to connect to WiFi although inform reception still not resolved also phone without cable so unable to call reception.

1. The Wi-Fi is not work. 2. we found the used of diaper left in the room.(Not acceptable) 3. Poor ventilated

The room is terribly run down lots of things were broken or missing like the lock in the kids room window, not secure at all. The cleanliness was also terrible. The stove was dirty with fat splatter all over the wall. The toilet had boogers wiped on the wall and near one of the kids beds wall was also covered in boogers. The shower constantly dripped all night. I didn’t get photos of the tidiness just all the broken things.  The reception hours is also terrible 10 till 2 I was never there at that time to talk to anyone.

It’s an old apartment. Only one AC in 2 bedroom apartment which are not covered all areas in summer. Location was great but property should renovate the furniture and fixtures for better stay of guests. It’s not really value for money in current establishment.
