床上掀開被子就跑出來一衹大蟑螂，嚇得沒來得及拍照就讓它跑了，早上起來鞋裡一衹蟲子讓我打了拍下來就是第一張照片，還打了好幾衹蟲子，拍下第二張照片。進了昆蟲窩了，房子和裝修都老舊，蟲子特別多

很基本的住宿，房間大，到市中心方便。

Location: The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient for getting around. It’s just 1.1 km from the central train station, and you can hop on free bus services like the Red CAT, Blue CAT, or Green CAT, with stops only 100m to 250m away—perfect for easy commuting. Behind the hotel lies the stunning Kings Park and Botanic Garden. If you don’t feel like walking the 300m to get there, the Blue CAT will drop you off effortlessly. The accessibility to public transport and nearby attractions is a huge plus. Cleanliness: While the exterior might look a bit dated, the interior is surprisingly spotless. I booked a room for two, but the bedding and pillows provided were enough for four, which was a nice touch. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained, and I was thoroughly satisfied with the cleanliness. Facilities: The private kitchen was a highlight—equipped with a rice cooker, pots, pans, a toaster, a fridge, and enough cutlery, plates, and utensils for four people. They even provide coffee, which I appreciated. However, there are a few downsides: the electric stove is small and outdated, making cooking a bit slow. Also, there’s no salt or basic seasonings provided, nor chopsticks, which might inconvenience Asian guests. The bathroom features a very clean bathtub, but it lacks shampoo and body wash, so you’ll need to bring your own. Despite these minor drawbacks, I’d still rate Mountway Hotel Apartment as the best value for money in its category. It’s practical, comfortable, and ideal for Asian travelers who want to stay longer and cook meals to suit their tastes. I’d happily recommend it to anyone looking for a home-away-from-home experience in Perth!

La struttura offre mini appartamenti con cucina bagno e camera matrimoniale con balcone (vista highway) Abbastanza decente finché a sera non vedi scarafaggi soprattutto in cucina. Consigliabile per qualità prezzo ma dovete compravi bombolette spray per scarafaggi se volete starti a lungo.

A nice budget option for a short stay.  It was surprisingly clean despite looking old.  Noisy from the highway but I expected it so take earplugs.  Perfect location, close to the park and CBD.

Good location near kings park. Simple 1 bedroom apartment with kitchen

Great proximity to Kings Park and the city but you will need ear plugs because of the freeway. Old style room but adequate. Could do with a new roller door to balcony given how hard it was to open. Inadequate toiletries. Bring your own! The service was friendly and helpful. I needed help with my TV which was rectified in good time. Good laundry facilities. The layout of the room is wrong - you need the lounge facing the TV and move the cupboard. A bit of a paint job and clean windows would add value to the apartment.

Very over priced accommodation. Doors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in years. Rolled up newspaper holding a door open. Broken window. Bed did look clean and was comfortable. I did not use any kitchen facilities. I would call this a 1-2 star hotel.

The rooms could do with a proper clean. The walls are are dirty, the air conditioner was completely choked up with dust and needs servicing. The rooms are in a great location for the city. Management needs to spend some time on cleaning. The windows were very dirty.

퍼스 시내에 있지는 않지만 접근성이 좋은 곳에 위치함 방이 넓고 취사시설도 매우 깨끗하게 설거지되어있었음
