這家飯店服務超讚的，大推。剛到時還在看是左邊還是右邊的飯店時就看到他們不知是大廳經理還是負責人出來迎接我們，還幫我們提行李並向我們確認飯店名稱。其二是我們忘了帶轉接插頭打算詢問櫃台(當時已有其他客戶在)有無可借時，這位大廳經理一樣很親切的問我們需要什麼服務，我就把照片給他看了一下，他馬上就找到轉接頭借我們，解決了手機快沒電的窘境。重點是他沒有一絲神情不悅的表情。

Reception was friendly and really helpful. The hotel is central near all the restaurants  and tourist attractions . Room is small but was adequate for our 1 night stay. Shower is spacious . Lovely ambience and aesthetics. Breakfast was good . no eggs  Overall will book again

Location is great! Right in the center of Fremantle. Everything walkable within 10 minutes. Room was very good, small size but super comfy bed and very clean. As solo traveller perfect size. Breakfast is nice, just coffee, yoghurt & muesli and toasted bread - but all great quality. Would definitely recommend and stay again

Great location for exploring Fremantle, though keep the transit time in mind! The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from the train station, which made transit simple. However, I completely forgot that Fremantle is at the very end of the line on the opposite side of Perth, so factor in the commute if you plan to head into the city center often. If your main focus is Fremantle itself, the location is fantastic. It’s super close to major attractions like the Fremantle Prison, Shipwreck Museum, and Little Creatures Brewery, along with tons of great local restaurants. Note that the area stays lively in the evening with open restaurants and bars with live bands—it’s not entirely quiet, but it gives the area a fun atmosphere. As for the room, it was a bit on the small side—we struggled to open two suitcases comfortably. On the upside, the bathroom water pressure was excellent, with steady, warm water throughout our stay. Overall, a great spot for exploring Freo!

Their services is excellent, location is great. I have to mention that the room is small hence there’s no space for luggage. The toilet stinks so badly that the smells went all over the room. Might be the piping as it smells like the drain. When I was there it’s was winter hence aircon is off (only heater) hence they slightly open the window. But opening the window comes with noise (cars, dogs barking early morning, nonstop ambulance) and it’s in the city hence it’s quite noisy until mid night. Lastly, there’s quite a lot of left over hair on my bed from previous customer - I wonder did they change the bedsheet.. I’m quite disturbed by it.

This is simply a wonderful location for a Fremantle stay. The managers could not have done more to accommodate us (and our extra needs). The breakfast bar is a delightful way to start the day in the foyer dining/lounge area which is also a great spot for quiet time at any time of the day. This hotel is well designed and we appreciated the quality bathroom products. Can’t recommend it highly enough - it was delightful and right amongst all-things Fremantle…

Absolutely delightful hotel , even though rooms are a little smaller than most , everything was designed practically to ensure a comfortable stay . The room had all the necessities it needed including a nespresso coffee machine which makes it more inviting , along with free bottled water . Check in was a breeze even though we got there early the lovely young lady in reception took the bags to the room and was ready after we explored the area and arrived back closer to 2pm check in , The wine & cheese hour next door was a lovely experience yet again welcoming team ,cosy with a fire pit burning taking the chill off . 1 drink of choice & cheese then pay for anymore drinks which is fair .Breakfast even though simple as described locally sourced bread & a selection of toppings , accompanied by homemade muesli with greek yoghurt . It was just a light start but relaxed to enjoy and watch the world go by in a nice area with some history spread around . I would definitely stay again , well worth the price hassle free nothing was an issue . Bonus even though I didn't use free bike hire along with basic gym equipment if you felt the need to work out . Big thank you for such a great experience.
