We arrived late so the office was closed. Received an email explaining how we can get our keys to get into the apartment. Car park was a bit of a challenge to get into if you are driving a large car (we drove a Rav4). You do get a large lot once you got inside. Accommodation was very clean. Lots of instructions to inform you how each appliance function. Aircon was weird as you must close the balcony doors before it works. Very comfortable bed in room. Rollaway bed has a missing wheel hence kept rocking when I am on the bed. Overall, very satisfied with our stay there. Thank you very much.

I made booking with Baileys serviced apartments but they put my booking with Baileys Motel. I have a group of 7 elderly with me stranded on the road in the middle of the night under the cold weather, waiting for the staff to come over aft 5 hours to resolve this issue. Bad experience for this first and last time visit.

Great location & spacious room! The check in time is only till 4pm, if you arrive late try to contact the property directly, I leave a comment on Trip.Com to inform property on my late arrival but I didn't receive any update after that, luckily I manage to contact someone on site to help me with, he share that he try to email and call me on the instructions to check in after 4pm but didn't manage to reach me. Hope 訂房網站 will improve on such communication of guest with property.

Everything is good from location, parking except the bed mattress. It need new mattress springs. Carpet has stains. Overall is good
