De instalaciones esta todo ok, los recepcionistas hacen su trabajo bien pero la única pega que no hablan español mucho y si no te defiendes tu en inglés esta difícil la comunicación.

We arrived late at night and the front desk staff was very nice and welcoming, which we appreciated. However, the room itself was really disappointing — the carpet had a strong, unpleasant smell, honestly quite overwhelming. Both the sink and the shower drains were clogged, which made things worse. We only stayed for one night, so we didn’t bother complaining, but it definitely wasn’t a comfortable stay. Breakfast was okay — the fresh orange juice was great — but if you have tables marked as “reserved,” then guests shouldn’t be told they can’t sit there without clear signs. Overall, nice staff and good orange juice, but the room condition was bad. We wouldn’t stay here again.
