Nice clean place with very friendly owners. Booked a single room which was very spacious. The breakfast was delivered to the room as per the previous day order which again was very nice. Will definitely stay here again.

步行可達火車站和小鎮中心，房間很乾凈，早餐會按照約定的時間送到房間，雞蛋有幾種做法可選，我選的煎雞蛋，還有熱的燕麥粥，很適閤中國胃。去windermere和Keswich都有直達的公交車。

It is a short 15min walk from Penrith station and a cozy b&w. Breakfast is served to your room as the owners are elderly and want to keep covid safe rules ongoing. Otherwise, a very pleasant experience, neat room with kettle and coffee/tea if you need, tv, nice shower room and towels provided. If you want a less commercialised experience and more local experience, this b&w is recommended!
