Despite its claim to be a hotel, KAvenue by Cairo/pinstay is more accurately described as a condo. While it boasts impressive amenities like a great pool, water park, and gym, the minimalistic rooms present significant issues. There's no provided soap, rooms are only cleaned every 3 days and are often forgotten, family rooms lack power sockets, and there's no place to dry clothes or racks to put your stuff. Not recommended for families staying longer than one night. Additionally, its misleading description as a hotel adds to the disappoin**ent, coupled with its inconvenient distance from attractions, requiring additional expenses for transportation.

Very new condo, 2room and 2bathroom,no washing machine, WiFi totally can't use, and on first day one room aircond very hot, got problem, and second day, another room air cond problem 😮💨😮💨
