Our stay was extremely pleasant and rewarding. Room was spacious and sparkling clean. Balconies on both sides had excellant view. We could Snow peaks including Kanchenjunga from our bed itself. Room Service was excellant. The staff behaviour was cooperative and professional. The property is conveniently located on the way to Skywalk. Complementary Breakfast was sumptuous. I would love to repeat my experience.

Conditions of the mattress is very poor, foldable sofa is also very poor, need replacement, food and other services ok.

The hotel room had no telephone, for every little thing we had to go to the reception, there was no power early in the morning.

Location - Awesome. Direct view of the majestic Kanchenjunga from room balcony. Rooms - HUGE They are actually Suites with a living room, bedroom, Bathroom with bath tub and 24 x 7 hot water (if there is electricity:( .....) Food - Very good food and pure Jain if required. Service time - Average. It took more than an hour to get food for 3 people as they prioritise buffets. Staff - Polite

Staffs are good, well behaved, food is expensive but good. But horrible things is power cut. we spent 2 nights both in 2 nights power cut for all night. room was not properly clean. complimentary high tea was not given. almost all plug points were not working. basic amenities like tv wifi telephone were not working.

The property has a direct view of Kanchenjunga peak from its balcony. their chef is the best I found in my 9 day 訂房網站 to Sikkim. the pure veg food was great. the property has a few maintenance issues as the property is big and not too recent. Great Location, Mouth Watering Veg Cuisines, Spacious Rooms, Toilet Seats & Linen need upgrade. Overall Value for Money. Parting Notes- You Get to See Mighty Kanchenjunga in clear visibility which is extremely rare. I could see.
