這家酒店的體驗糟糕透了！！！ 1️⃣ 酒店位置非常偏僻，位於山上，路又窄又彎，沒有車的話幾乎上不去，打車也很困難。 2️⃣ 酒店拒絕我們入住。我們是在凌晨1點到達的，雖然規定入住時間是晚上11點之前，我們也理解這一點，但和我們一起到的一對本地情侶卻順利入住了，工作人員對他們態度非常好，還親自帶他們去房間。 3️⃣ 工作人員對我們態度極其惡劣。他們不接電話，也聽不懂英文，不斷地凶我們、趕我們走，還在我們面前罵罵咧咧。當時還下著大暴雨，他們讓我們站在雨裡和他們協商。可一聽到我們要取消訂單，又立刻改變口氣，説“行行行快點進去入住”，像是趕牲口一樣。 這樣的待遇令人震驚，既不專業也毫無人性，完全不像一家四星級酒店該有的服務。 Our stay at this hotel was a nightmare. 1️⃣ The location is terrible – it’s up in the mountains with winding roads, and nearly impossible to reach without a car. 2️⃣ We were denied check-in. Although we arrived at 1 AM and the hotel policy states check-in should be before 11 PM （which we understand）, a local couple arrived and checked in at the same time without any issue. The staff treated them kindly and even escorted them to their room, while we were left outside. 3️⃣ The staff were extremely rude to us. They didn’t answer the phone, didn’t understand English, and kept yelling at us to leave. It was pouring rain, and they still made us stand outside in the storm while negotiating. When we said we wanted to cancel the reservation, they suddenly changed their attitude and rushed us inside, saying “fine, fine, go check in.” This treatment was discriminatory, unprofessional, and inhumane – definitely not what you’d expect from a 4-star hotel.

Estuvimos un fin de semana y nos encanto. A pasos del centro. Se pueden hacer caminatas por la montaña muy cerca. El desayuno muy variado. Los departamentos están bien equipados y muy limpios.

Resort molto carino e pulito. Presenza di piscina esterna e spa. Colazione a buffet sia dolce che salata e servizio bar. A 10 minuti a piedi un bistrot per la cena molto tipico e di ottima qualità.
