The hotel is situated in a fantastic location. The hospitality was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The rooms were spotless, and the housekeeping team did an amazing job. Overall, I was very pleased. A special shoutout to Menda from the front office, who was always wonderful and greeted us with a lovely smile.

I stayed here for three nights, and it was such a great experience. It’s actually my second time, and honestly, it didn’t disappoint. The service was excellent, the staff were friendly, the food was great, and the facilities were well-maintained. Highly recommend staying here! Plus, it’s super easy to get around, and there are plenty of places to eat just a short walk away.

1st time saya ke pekanbaru dari malaysia,secara jujur,hotel ni memang mantap.lokasi strategic,nice breakfast.kamar sangat bersih & selesa, friendly staff.hotel nya ga jauh dari airport & juga di wisata.mudah mahu kemana mana,bersebelahan di pekanbaru mall/suka ramai, hanya berjalan kaki,banyak food stall juga.sesuai bagi yang food hunter.sesuai untuk percutian keluarga.pasti akan datang lagi disini nanti.sangat recomanded untuk pelancong dari negara lain.

Everything is okay except for the aircond. Not cold at all. ask the hotel to come check for it, no action taken. only at night time after few time asking to check then the technician came over to check. yes. just check only. after that still nothing. everything is great. but because of that A/C, experience was abrupt a bit. from 10/10, goes down to 7/10. yes just because of aircond. I stay at the most expensive room. but service for that was total out. for new guest, make sure you be strict with the hotel. if no action taken within 1hr, u may consider change another room or hotel.
