奧斯特里維度假村 (Astre Vue Resort)

Rooms- the place is a work in progress. The finished rooms are okay, reasonably spacious. the bathrooms are bad, with half the fittings falling off and poor plumbing. Food - very good for the location Staff - excellent - very obliging and helpful Location - above average, quiet and peaceful. Value - below average

This is the fourth time in last four years that i have stayed at this place. This is at an excellent location. Totally serine, calm, far from all the noisy, dirty mainstream tourist places. The views are just amazing. There are nice pine forest areas nearby you can just chill out. The staffs are good and helpful. Food is good. Prices are more or less reasonable. On the downside. There seems to be a noticeable decline in property maintenance. Cleanliness is fine in general but frankly for the price point they can/should do lot better. Room amenities, bathroom, sink, tables, chairs etc all seem to be missing their better times. And times were indeed better couple of years ago. Hope they are able to check this downturn. I will be visiting them again. It is still a nice place, unquestioned.

Location was awesome. Rooms were okay but it is a peaceful property with awesome views. Must visit place.

The property location was good but the food and service was pathetic. I was terribly disappointed. I hope they improve. Because i won't go there again.

Property ambiance is good with peace full environment. Breakfast was good dinner was ok, had lot of variations both days

No wifi, no pleasant room service, no contact person for any concerns. Issue in locating.

Property view was superb with good location and free from metro daly buzz. You can go there if you want to do nothing just chill

Location is good. Overpriced as per facilities and staff has positive attitude but over all services are not upto the mark due to lack of manpower.

Heater not working

The location was beautiful, food was average, they don't have much for the sake of amenities. Even though the staff was doing their best but the management was terrible. They were fully booked yet they were understaffed, imagine having to ask for water then wait for 15 minutes, then to get up and look for some staff and remind them, which resulted in two bottles on table and then there's no glass and then to wait for another 5 minutes for the glass. Let's look at our amazing dinner experience, buffet is served however their dining hall is small in proportion to the number of rooms. Multiple displays of poor management coupled with understaffing, we were told that they can serve dinner in the room balcony as there were no seats, a few dishes arrive at our table without any plates, cutlery, breads or rice. We didn't know how were they expecting us to eat. It's now more than twenty minutes and to be honest i could have gone to the kitchen and helped myself, but what can i say i am a lazy By the time they realise to check on us; those dishes were cold like their hospitality. So then we are told to go to the dining hall. Scene at dining hall we go there they to serve ourselves at buffet and they don't even have candles under the dishes to keep them warm. So we ask them to warm the chicken. While it may seem exaggerated, but believe me when i say this it was an absolute comedy. Dining hall attendance register when the chicken entered the plates exited. When the plates came, the breads left when breads appeared, the bowls disappeared. When the bowls got in, the dal got out. And not just the dal, the serving spoon, the mixed vegetable sabji, the kheer, the salad also the regular spoons. When we asked about their whereabouts, we were told they will arrive soon. And when they did they came under-cooked. Fyi: we were staying in the most premium offering, the luxury tents. Also when concerns were raised, we were given a standard apology and were assured that they will bring in more staff. However, i didn't notice anything of the same. Though a lot of people had checked out the next day and the food was back to average from awful.
