The worse booking done in my whole life. The hotel did not sent instructions on how to receive the room key, there was no one in the hotel at 9pm and had to go to another hotel for the night. ASI was staying in the area one more day, I called the hotel to explain the situation and kindly asked to provide the paid night (not used) for the next day. The arrogance on the phone from the hotel manager regarding non transference of the booking or refund was worse than I ever encountered. Three hotel did not have any arrangements on the bike night for me to successfully receive the room key not processed with any booing transfer or refund. I will never consider this hotel and will inform all my network never to stay in this hotel as, if arriving after 9pm you will not get access to your paid room and will receive an arrogant approach when discussing this matter with hotel management. This was my worse hotel experience, in many years of hotel bookings - zero customer service skills by management team and full arrogance

Arrived quite late but reception was still open and were quickly registered. Room was warm and able to heat up our prepared meal in the microwave - Good facilities.
