艾亞里廣場酒店 (Aiyaree Place Hotel)

空港からのバスターミナルから徒歩圏內、またソンテウも目の前を通っているので立地は申し分ないです。設備は少し古く感じる所はありましたが、掃除がちゃんとされていたので気にならなかったです。 ただ…隣のバーの音がうるさく、12時過ぎまで大きな音で生演奏で歌っていたので、その點が殘念でした。ホテルのせいではないので申し訳ないのですが、その分星を下げさせてもらっています。

Хороший отель, чисто, симпатично, все в тайском стиле, номер уютный. В номере все есть, чистое белье и полотенца. Хороший большой бассейн, вода чистая, хлора немного. Территория отеля приятная, много зелени, фонтанчики, есть рыбки. Бронь нашли быстро. Есть завтраки шведский стол. 7/11 рядом. До пляжа Джомтьен минут 10. Недалеко рынок Ратанакорн.

Всё замечательно. Нареканий нет.

Отель сделан с любовью, очень колоритен. Бассейн красиво вписан вместе с нависающими над ним деревьями. Изначально бронировали улучшенный стандартный, но зайдя в него поняли, что больше 2-3 дней здесь тяжело жить, только лишь для временного проживания. Номер маленький, поэтому доплатили и взяли полулюкс. Свободных делюксов не было. Полулюкс прекрасно подойдёт для 3-х человек, в номере две кровати: кингсайз и полуторка. Есть миникухня с посудой и раковиной, а также большим холодильником. Немного пошарпан, но всё чисто и работает. Минус только большой старый кондишн - шумный. Большая лоджия с видом на бассейн. Завтраки хорошие разнообразные, но часто были острые блюда, некоторые даже для меня, любителя острого, были перебор. Всегда был густой йогурт с хлопьями, что удивительно для трёшки. На омлет и скрамбл рассчитывать не стоит, готовят только обычную яичницу и на другой вариант отвечают отказом. Супчики вкусные, разные виды мяса, овощи и фрукты. Кофе растворимый, в некоторых комментариях писали про кофемашину, но её нет. Завтраки достойные, голодными не останетесь. Отель расположен на перекрёстке Тепрая и Джомтьен, рядом тайский вкусный рынок с едой и маленьким базарчиком с фруктами.

I thought I would give this hotel a try, I am a regular visitor to Jomtien. I checked in and was given my room number and told to take the lift around the corner. I went to the lift unaccompanied by staff, the receptionist then came around the corner and told me I was waiting at the wrong lift, nhe kindly showed me to the correct lift. Now I had been in town all afternoon and was a little tired ,so when I got in the lift I realized he hadn't told me the floor number so I tried pressing floor one. Lift didn't move. Then door opened at ground floor. Door closed and we went tfloor 7 , door opened,no one there , I pressed 1 again and was taken to ground floor again, Door closed lift went to 7th floor, A person got in this time and told me that floor one is actually the ground floor, I got out at G floor and went to reception to be told the second digit on my key card is actually my floor number,silly me ,I should know that,!! Back to the lift to 4th floor, opened the room door and went in . The room stunk of a mixture of body odour and cigarette smoke. I thought to myself , How am I going to stay in this room? As I opened the window to let in some desperately needed fresh air, I said to myself , what am I doing , there is no way I can stay here, I headed back to reception to tell the guy on the desk I wanted to change rooms as that particular room had an obnoxious smell. A supervisor came out and asked what the problem was, after explaining she accompaniment back to the room armed with an air freshener. She walked into the room and agreed it did smell and said," No problem sir I will turn on the air con and spray some air freshener !! I told her she could spray what she liked , there was no way I was staying in that room. She then offered me an upgrade to a better room , which I initially accepted, until she then said that I would have to pay another 500 bhat a night for the privilege!! I told her she could keep her room and her hotel and that I was leaving!! She then said would I like to see the room next door, same price bracket, Now the room next door was not as aesthetically pleasing to the eye as the smelly room but it was at least clean and pleasant,. I took the room and stayed the 2 nights I had booked. The following morning I asked if they had an iron and ironing board. No they do not but I was told they did laundry 🧺. Ah I said great could you press some shirts? No came the reply we only wash and dry! Now for a little more about the room, I had to go hunting for light switches.and the wifi code. It's on the router silly me, the two main light switches were hidden behind the bedside table ,which I had to pull out 12 inches to access. O the safe did not work, I had to get a key from reception to use it. Now the good bits. The room I occupied was lovely and clean and it was cleaned daily and fresh towels provided. The staff were lovely and pleasant, but poorly trained in customer service, don't blame the staff but the management perhaps? The hotel offers a late checkout at a slight cost of 100 bhat an hour. On the evening of the first night I lay on the bed and giggled to myself at the earlier events. I thought you couldn't write this but then they did. Remember John Cheese in Faulty Towers? Would I stay there again, YES definitely, . This is not a bad review or a negative review. It is an honest review, but as I have said staff were lovely and the room Clean and well serviced. But perhaps the manager should make the whole hotel smoke free and offer upgrades when rooms are sitting empty to attract repeat custom.

Отель отличный, кое где требуется ремонт. Территория небольшая, но очень уютная. Заселились без проблем, быстро. В номере 2 отдельные кровати, тумба под тв, шкаф, полка для обуви, небольшой столик и один стул. Постельное бельё и полотенца белоснежные, меняют каждый день. В душе всегда горячая вода. Мыло, шампунь, зубная щётка, т. бумага.чайник, вода в бутылках, чай, кофе ежедневно. Кондиционер работает на ура, в каждом номере свой роутер. Вай фай в номере и в лобби. Отель расположен вблизи моря, тук туки ходят рядом в обе стороны, до Южного вокзала Джомтьен 5 минут пешком, до моря5-7 минут, до ночного рынка Джомтьен 1-2 минуты на туке или 15-20 пешком. Через дорогу между отелем zing resort и отелем agata массаж слепых за 200 бат. Персонал отзывчивый. Бассейн небольшой и лежаков всего 8 , но места есть. Ездим в этот отель не а первый раз и приедем обязательно ещё.

Отличный отель в районе пляжа Джомтьен. Немного в отдалении от ночной жизни, поэтому тихо и спокойно. Отличные номера. Есть балкон. Хороший современный дизайн, идеально чисто. Небольшой красивый бассейн. До пляжа идти минут 5. В отель хочется вернуться.

Недалеко от Автостанции , что хорошо-быстрота работы на стойке регистрации, хороший бассейн , в номере всё что нужно есть (чистые полотенца, чай, кофе, холодильник, горячая вода. Единственный минус-стены в комнате требуют ремонта .

Номера морально устарели, нуждаются в обновлении. Но в целом, номера чистые, убираются каждый день, воду пополняют каждый день. Расположение удачное. С персоналом контактировать не приходилось. Твердая 4ка.

房間很乾凈。服務人員進門打掃房間都會脫鞋子。每次打掃都是兩個清潔工進來很有禮貌很客氣。整個酒店很大特別是室外游泳池。還有小童游泳的滑滑梯孩子的最愛。就是看到酒店覺得滿意，訂房網站上已經沒有房間了。衹有在酒店前台買單，貴多了。
