I have stayed all over Asia.
Trip has this as a 4 star hotel, it's maybe a 1.5 stars. Mold and mildew grown outside of air conditioning, room smells, Should be white tiles in the bathroom but it's more like gray.
Front desk woman is very rude not wanting to help nobody. Trip should refund my money.

Good location and n other side of LK Metro. Studio was large and fully equipped. Not much of a view from second floor balcony though. Pool was under maintenance, but could get a swim at Residence or President locations. The former pool was more of a fountain pond but the latter was ok.
I like it, but frankly a bit overpriced? Maybe not if they were fully booked…

super location, rooms a bit old fashioned but clean
swimming pool being renovated so not ready for another week or two
would certainly stay there again , location is main reason
