Beautiful and Luxurious Stay with Spacious Rooms and Full Facilities – Stayed in the Zen Wing **Good:** -The room was spacious with cool air-conditioning, a very comfortable bed, and a balcony. I really liked it! -The swimming pool looked beautiful and very inviting, though it was raining during our stay. -Breakfast had a good variety. However, it was quite crowded and seating was almost not enough. Some dishes were not refilled once finished, and the toaster was out of order. **Bad:** -The walls were very thin. After check-in, we stayed in the room due to the rain and tried to rest, but there was loud noise from the next room — dragging furniture and moving things — especially disturbing as it was right behind the headboard. Around 10 PM, I was startled awake by the noise. -The bathroom floor was extremely slippery. The next morning, after breakfast, I ended up slipping and falling in the bathroom. -The walls, wallpaper, and floor edges had visible stains and marks. I understand some stains may be difficult to clean, and while not ideal, it was somewhat acceptable.

ตั้งอยู่ใจกลางเมืองพัทยา เดินทางสะดวก โรงแรมอยู่ห่างจากทางออกมอเตอร์เวย์เพียง 1 กิโลเมตรเท่านั้นครับ ไปไหนมาไหนก็สะดวก การออกแบบของที่นี่จะมีการผสมผสานระหว่างศิลปะตะวันออกแบบเซนกับสไตล์ตะวันตกแบบคลาสสิก ทำให้มีความหรูหราและดูน่าพักผ่อน เข้ามาแล้วเราก็มาเช็คอินกันก่อนเลยครับ ห้องพักของที่นี่จะมีทั้งหมด 272 ห้อง แบ่งเป็นตึกเซน และตึกคลาสสิค ความพิเศษของที่นี่เลยก็คือ ห้องพักทุกห้องของโรงแรมกว้างขวางและมีอ่างอาบน้ำในทุก ๆ ห้องครับ

房間的水忽冷忽熱，根本洗不了一個完整的澡，打掃衞生的，每次不是少浴衣就是一次性拖鞋，説到歧視中國人，我們可能是天生鈍感，我也是刷了xhs才知道，故意安排了電梯門口的房間，雖然説沒覺得吵，我們倒是沒覺得有什麼，我也是刷到和朋友説了這個事情，沒想到退房就出問題了，入住酒店的按金用的人民幣，然後她們檢查房間，拍了一個很髒的浴巾給我看，説要扣錢，今天也是正好突然想起來檢查了下房間，我們説浴巾根本不是我們的，因為前一天晚上我衹用了浴袍，浴巾我都沒有用，不知道從哪裡找的那麼臟的浴巾，故意賴我們，我們英文懂的也不是很多，衹能笨拙的翻譯給前台看，也是我們檢查了，不然真被唬住了，來這家麻煩大家一定要檢查退房衞生，故意坑中國人，本來這酒店就離沙灘有點遠，我們也沒説什麼，居然整這出，給我們整笑了，避雷…

整體都很好，就是有一點健身房沒有啞鈴，這個是最基本的吧。 淋浴間太小了，花灑固定的地方還不能移動，真的使用起來不太友好。其他都是滿分，值得全家來，情侶來，出差來，另外注意，出差發郵件WiFi不得行，得自己用熱點

โดยรวมดีมาก บริการดี อาหารพอใช้ได้ อยากให้เพิ่มรสชาติและความหลากหลายของอาหารมากขึ้น และอยากให้ดูเรื่องเศษเล็กๆ ที่อยู่ในสระน้ำมากขึ้น มองบนๆ จะไม่เห็น แต่พอดำไปลึกๆ จะเห็นเศษเล็กๆ อยู่นิดหน่อย รู้สึกว่าน่าจะสะอาดได้กว่านี้อีกนิดนึงครับ

This place truly has its own unique charm. It’s beautiful, and the Zen-inspired design of the building instantly soothes your mind. The rooms are spacious, the TV works flawlessly, and the bed is simply heavenly. The surroundings, the breakfast, and above all, the atmosphere are absolutely outstanding. The only drawback — which in many ways can also be a huge advantage — is that it’s located quite far from the city center. But that distance brings peace and quiet, and around the area you’ll find charming little shops, street food stalls, and a glimpse into real everyday life in Thailand, away from the noise and crowds of Pattaya. So yes, I absolutely recommend this place — especially for anyone willing to trade nightlife for tranquility and authenticity.

This place is great if you’re on a self-driving 訂房網站. It’s quiet and relaxing, though there’s no convenience store nearby. The property has two buildings. I stayed in the back one, but I’m not sure which is newer. Overall, the building is quite nice. I did run into a problem during check-in when they couldn’t find my booking confirmation, but 訂房網站 handled it quickly and efficiently—big thumbs up for their customer service. The room was comfortable and even had a bathtub. However, like many other reviewers mentioned, the bathroom water system is a real downside. The temperature control is poor—you either get scalding hot or very cold water, and the bathtub water never gets hot enough. Facilities are solid: there are two swimming pools with clean, clear water, plus a gym with good equipment and a sauna. Breakfast is buffet-style with a decent range, from western breads to Asian stir-fried vegetables. But the drink options are limited. For milk, they only provide regular fresh milk—no alternatives. There’s an egg station and a soup station. I asked for a sunny side up, but the chef said they only make omelets, which was a bit strange. At least the omelet was tasty. Overall, breakfast was just okay—acceptable but not very impressive. All in all, it’s a nice hotel to relax at for a holiday. Hopefully, they improve the hot water system soon. Definitely a good choice if you’re traveling by car. but bathroom water system is disappointing me! Otherwise, rating is gonna be high ;)) way to go~

有兩棟不同風格的住宿房型，靠近街道側的是日式禪風的住宿，沒有臨路的是現代歐風的大樓。兩棟大樓的一樓都設有餐廳，但入住期間只有Zen building的餐廳有營業。 客房的品質還不錯，空間寬敞格局方正，設置充足，清潔程度令人滿意，唯一的缺點是沙發區燈光較為昏暗了。 服務方面也很到位，房型按現況提供升等，另外退房時也協助幫忙叫車。 兩棟的泳池都不大，旁邊也沒有救生員和更衣室，有一個簡單的廁所，泳池還算乾淨跟賞心悅目。 餐廳較為令人失望，椅面是米白的布面，但處處都是汙漬，幾乎找不到一張乾淨的椅子，這方面有失水平。 空調只有房間裡面有，走道上幾乎沒有空調，是明顯的體感溫差，所以大廳雖然美美的，但沒空調，待久了也是會流汗，沒有看上去那麼悠然舒適。

Hotel molto bello e pulito, ho soggiornato nella camera zen, molto spaziosa e moderna, il personale è molto gentile, attento alle esigenze del cliente e parla inglese fluentemente. La posizione è un pochino scomoda in quanto è defilata dal centro di Pattaya ma comunque con il taxi in 15 minuti sei in centro.
