Amenities not provided in the hotel as mentioned in the makemy訂房網站 booking place. No one even provided water.

We stayed there for only one night which is why i can only give a brief review but the hotel staff were really polite and friendly. The price is also affordable and it is an ideal place if you want to stay somewhere for the night after a long train journey. The breakfast items were really limited which is why i did not eat there. But i think the hotel really maintained good cleanliness and hygiene. Although the amenities list said that they provide railway transfers, when we asked for it they insisted on getting a taxi or auto so keep in mind that some amenities might be there for show only. Nevertheless for this price i think it was a pretty good deal.

Every-time i visit patna i book my stay at hotel lilac patna feels like home staff is good and the main part is we get free access to gym

Dirty rooms. Unhygienic toilet. Poorly maintained room and furniture. Room and furniture was smelly. Even utensils in which food was served was also not clean.

Please avoid this place during rainy season as the area is newly developed and don't have proper drainage so you may find 2-3 feet water logged on road. Rooms are good but not maintained. They don't provide any toiletries or water. Hygiene is an issue. Although people there are helpful and i hope they will work on hygiene for sure no breakfast will be provided.

They're not professional, it's not even a single star for what they are advertising 3 stars. No towel, no water inside the room. Ac is not functioning properly. Gym and other amenities they are advertising is for the public not limited to the guests.
