Rooms are good.Bathrooms r maintained poorly, Service is poor, No bath towels in bathroom, breakfast included but denied initially but provided after insisting.On asked water bottle at 06:00 AM, got an answer to be served at 7:00Am but actually received at 08:00 Am.

The manager was unaware of my booking and only realized it when I arrived at the hotel. He took 30 to 45 minutes to prepare the room, leaving me waiting. Additionally, the location was much more remote than it appeared on the map. The manager seemed unhappy to receive a booking for just 600 Rs, as he typically charges no less than 2000 Rs as told by him. He also made excuses for not turning on the AC, claiming it was under repair. The next morning, he only offered tea and toast for breakfast, saying the cook didn't come in due to the rain. The bedsheets were not clean, and the room did not match the pictures shown on the app.

It was nice hospitality by their staffs. Room was also well maintained, AC was also working. Food facility enhance the level of this property. Distance wise, it’s nearer to Airport, zoo BPSC, but will have to take online cab to go everywhere

No water in bathroom. 24by7 entry exit not possible. Staff gives orders to guests to not stay outside late at night as no one will open the gate

Door was broken, almira was broken, low cleanness, staff behavior was very so poor, if you say to change the room, they said we dont have room, even after i searched room and found room was available

The rooms were damped. The blanket was of low quality with big burnt hole in it. Bedsheet are stained with blood splatter. Room was totally dirty. Tv with wifi connection keeps buffering. No toiletry items. Behaviour of staff was also very pathetic. They don't listen even after calling 6-7 times over phone.

While checking in, i was provided only with room nothing else no towel, no soap, no tissue roll, no toiletries nothing at all. Even hotel is not providing anything with room not even 1 litre water also. For everything you need to call them 5-5 times. Please note that you don't have any telephone in room, you need to call on their mobile only for anything. Also, all staff of hotels are very rude. Rooms was dirty and filthy. They didn't even cleaned after several request also. We stayed for 4 days and they never cleaned. One day forcefully i have requested to clean. They use to not answer call of you will call them.
