Very bad experience, room was not good, nothing was good, according to me the value of Rome is not more than 1000, it is a den of mosquitoes

the food was good there , hotel was also clean , people were helpfull recommend for a family stay also

There were bed bugs, the water heater wasn't working properly (it's winter time and water was too cold to take a shower, and the breakfast was sub-par. However, the person at the reception was friendly. He did take his sweet time to figure out room allotments and get us all checked-in (took around half hour. In my colleagues' room, water from bathroom leaked into the room, and electricity failed.

One of the worst stay ever, rooms were very small, bedsheet dirty, room booked with breakfast but breakfast was not buffet, overall very bad experience

Star rating and services offered is a complete mismatch. Poor services at all. Hotel staffs are also untrained. Lot of improvement required.

I reached the destination. It's clearly visible from the main road. I came by my two wheeler. The first thing that comes to my mind is the parking space. It's not ample. I don't feel safe while parking here. But the guard assisted me while parking. He assured me for safety of my bike. But i was still worried. Now i entered the property and checked in at the hotel. They were courteous and check in process was hassle free next, i was assisted to the room where the staff gave me a room tour. He turned on the tv with my favorite channel in it. Now i relaxed on the bed. It was an air-conditioned room. The bed and cushions were comfortable. I felt super relaxed. The bed was squeaky, but i managed somehow. Although i was skeptical that i may not sleep due to different bed. But to my surprise, i slept soundly. After sometime i placed order for dinner. It was served in my room. The table and chair made it comfortable to enjoy my meal. Next day, i got up and took shower. I didn't carried facewash and towel. But it was available there. So i quickly freshened up. Around 11am, i checked out. Overall it was a comfortable stay.

The hotel and hospitality were better than my expectations, hotel food is also good. Everything is fine 5/5
