Sidh vedantha, patna: best kachori served during breakfast, prompt service, and neat and clean ambiance. The hospitality is so good that we were served breakfast even before our 5 am departure.

The location of the hotel is great. Rooms are very neat and clean and looks well maintained and modern. Staff is well behaved and cooperative. One thing they can definitely improve is the food quality. I had ordered a greek salad but they put a lot of mayonnaise or some other sauce on it which made the dish taste very bad and didn’t feel anything like what i had ordered. When i asked to replace it, they just wiped off the sauce and gave the same thing again. Overall the ambience of the hotel is very nice and i would surely love to stay there again.

I had stayed here for one day, infra is awesome, neat and clean rooms, bathroom was tidy and hygiene. Clean, well lit and welcoming lobby. But when it come to kitchen service it was like some local ordinary hotel, i tried calling thrice to kitchen and no one answered, when i called. Fourth time they had put the receiver aside so that call doesn’t get connected. I had to physically come all the way from 4th floor to kitchen at ground level to tell them my order, when i asked why they were not picking up my call, one of the guy told me “aren’t you seeing we are busy?” is this reply a 3 star hotel staff is trained for? pathetic experience in terms of service. Food taste were good, i complained about this to mr ravi at reception who didn’t show much concern and smiled back with a lazy attitude.

Very unprofessional staff. They do not honor what is mentioned in the package/deal. Very long waiting time for simple things like getting a cup of tea. Will not recommend

Room service is very poor landline is not working washrooms is not proper clean. Over all worth of money is not at all. Reception staff were very polite and very good in behavior

Will not rate it a four star hotel as mentioned in mmt but a 3 star for sure. Comfortable stay. Supportive staff. Rooms were just ok. If you claim to be a 4 star then the amenities should match your claim, especially improve breakfast spread. Even 3 star properties have more varities in breakfast then what i experienced here
