The property is nice and has good clean rooms with a very caring staff, the area is peaceful and the food is good and reasonably priced.

the hotel didnt gave me room in the booked property they shifted me in their other shabby property where i was given a small room in which there was a common door in which other side other family was staying too much noise ,no dental ki ,no soapt and no breakfast,with no food bill and i was called from 6 am 5 times to leave the hotel and hotel staff didnt support. i want my organisation to take legal action.

My son and I stayed at the Royal Bliss Hotel from 8th to 11th April 2025, and we had a really great time! The hotel is tucked away in a peaceful part of Patna, which was a nice change from the city’s usual noise and chaos. Everything looked new, clean, and stylish. Our room was big, cosy, and perfect for relaxing. The staff—from the reception to the room service and restaurant—were super friendly and helpful. The food was absolutely amazing! We enjoyed both the veg and non-veg dishes—everything was fresh, tasty, and served piping hot by a cheerful team. One evening, they even surprised us with a lovely platter of fresh fruits, which we really appreciated. The amenities were also very good. I'm already planning to come back soon with my whole family!

the AC & TV was not at all working. and even the technician were not actively resolving the issue. as per cost the room and facilities were not worth it
