worst experience ever. Extra charge for room booking after full payment on mmt. I will never Book this again. The room service is very poor. Overall, wasted all my money.

When i checked in hotel hotel front office staff anuj told me all the rooms are sold out and they will be shifting me to another hotel. This is highly unprofessional and pathetic customer service.
