The rooms were good and clean, the staff was friendly, didn't order food so don't know about food, location was a little inside which could've been a little better

I had a great stay at Hotel MG 64. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is excellent—convenient and close to everything I needed. Overall, a solid choice for anyone visiting the area. I’d definitely stay here again.

The stay was good, reachable and the staff was good too. The road is a bit not in a good condition but otherwise that's good. Talking of the surrounding there are some cafes nearby and you can get stuff ordered as well.

We chose Hotel MG64 because it was near our exam center, but when we arrived, we noticed loud music coming from the rooms, so we had to change our hotel. This last-minute change turned into a very bad experience. If someone is coming to Patiala for an exam, they should choose a hotel in the city.

I arrived 45 minutes early, but the staff did not allow early check-in, stating that no room was available until 12 PM. However, they asked me to pay an extra 500 if I wanted to check in early. The receptionist took the payment in cash and then provided us with a room. I have visited this hotel a few times before, and they allowed check-in even at 11 AM, but this time, it was a bad experience. (It is Just a bad review for the receptionist one should not take advantage of the customer's situation)

Worst room service. At the time of check-in nobody was at the reception, nobody came ***** with me to check-in the room. No water availability, no sleepers in the room, called for a knife and they replied after repeated calls that there was no knife in the hotel. After so many calls the sleepers were not provided in so much cold weather. My biggest mistake to book this hotel at such a huge amount i. E. 2000- the hotel is not worth even of 500rs. Room. Worst worst worst in all aspects
