We had a great experience staying in prestigious Hotel Joy Nostalg we surprised our father for his 71st b'day,staff are so kind and even offered us an updated room with low cost , I commend staff receptionist Jelo at Ace for a great and Job..as well all the staff carrying smile all the way.. surely Will comeback again and recommend this Hotel..thank you for a wonderful experienced and hospitality

It was a good choice to celebrate my birthday at the hotel which was recommended by my family. Made full use of the hotel amenities with my family, indoor pool, gym, massage. A complementary cake was also delivered. Service is good! Food at the resto also ok. 😊

We celebrated our daughter's birthday here in Joy Nostalg Hotel & Suites. We booked Exe King Studio for 3d2n (Saturday-Monday). There's a birthday sliced cake and complimentary sweets in the room. The room is clean, have kitchen. Only have 1 robe. It didn't have a rice cooker and only had 1 hanger in the closet - we requested, it took them almost 3 hours (we follow up every 30-45minutes) to give us hangers and rice cooker. Pool is okay, the smell of chlorine is strong. We are not informed or aware that there's a swimming lesson every Sunday, the pool is so jam-packed, we cannot swim properly. If you are planning to stay in weekends, have kids and plan to swim - please avoid the Sundays. I am hoping the management to post like announcement that they have swimming lessons every Sunday in their pool area. Mind you, the pool are they have are already small so imagine they swimming lessons - there are alot of people/kids, coming in and out. The room we stayed in is very clean, you can cooked foods in the Kitchen, they have oven, ref and microwave. Bathroom is okay - they clothesline is broken tho so we are unable to use it. We might stay again in the future but definitely avoid Sundays. Thank you for the service!

The location was accessible to where I worked. The room was clean and organized, and there were lots of storage and cabinets for my luggage. The customer service was polite, especially Mitch. I will definitely come back again.

We are staying at Joy Nostalgia hotel for 7nights. The first room we got (2004) was facing construction site (probably 3m away). We didn't get any notification about the ongoing contraction before or after we booked the hotel. Not even at check in. The construction workers sometimes pouring concrete in the middle of night so we got woken up by all the noise. If you are coming to Philippines for business 訂房網站, don't book this hotel. You won't have a good night sleep. Also, the wall is pretty thin, so you can hear next door people talking. Due to the contraction noise, we changed our room to opposite side. However, the room we got (1109) was DIRTY. And the shower drain smells like urine. Felt like 3 star hotel, not 5 star AT ALL. Furthermore, the location.. I reckon there are better hotels with better location which is located in the shopping centre. I do NOT recommend this hotel.

我們住了行政套房, 感覺應該是總統套房下放了, 房裡有客廳、廚房及房間, 放三張床空間還很大, 廚房有烤箱、洗碗機、抽油煙機及碗盤, 還貼心地放了洗碗所需的用具; 我們入住幾天也都有洗烘衣服, 實在是太方便了
