棕櫚樹根萊克斯公寓 (Palm Tree Genlex Condo)

A below average stay. The whole complex is disorganized. When we finally got to the room the bathroom floor was flooded. There are no amenities with this room, not even toilet paper and we only got one towel for 2 people. The water heater did not work so there was only cold water. The location is good, close to the airport.

Finding the Palm tree hotel from the airport was relatively easy, you just have to go up to the 4th floor, cross the pedestrian bridge and then turn left. The staff was very nice, however they did mess up my reservation and gave my booked room to someone else. They pretty quickly booked me a hotel across the street, which was fine. The sounds of the the highway are very loud but that’s to be expected. Overall pretty good stay for a one night layover at manila airport.

エクストラベッドは11歳以下PHP250、12歳以上（大人含む）PHP350と明記されていたのに、2部屋分のデポジットPHP5,000を追加人數分だとして返してくれない。 追加1人につきPHP2,500だったら、こちらには宿泊せず、他のホテルにするか、もう1部屋予約していた。 デポジットが高いので疑問に思っていたが、完全に詐欺なので、絶対に泊まってはいけません。 今回、訂房網站経由で予約したが、こちらの宿泊施設は取り扱いをやめるよう、強く求めます。

予約していたのにすぐ入ることが出來ず、日付超えていたので少しストレスだった。 シーツや部屋の匂いが全體的に溼気とカビの匂いがすごく、清潔感はあまりなかった。トランジットの短時間のみの利用で細かいことが気にならないタイプであれば大丈夫だと思います。

This was hands down THE WORST experience we’ve had. We booked this room only to spend a few hours there between flights. Its location was our reason for choosing this place and since it was on the cheaper side, we weren’t expecting a lot from it. But we were not prepared for how bad this was! First of all it is a nightmare to find the correct compound where the room is located. Staff kept radioing each other, sending us this way and that to figure out where it was. This is not even a hotel. More like a private room being rented out. So you don’t get any of the normal hotel services and staff have no obligation to assist you. In fact, they don’t even hand you the key. Just point you towards the room. Now let’s get to the cleanliness. It was NASTY. Like I said, we were prepared for low quality due to the price but we didn’t want to sit anywhere - even less sleep on the bed. I’ve included some photos showing rice scattered around the fridge, stains on the floor and empty shower gel bottles in the shower. Why? Why put empty bottles? They also didn’t include any basics such as toilet paper. We ended up leaving 4 hours earlier simply because we felt the airport might be cleaner. Honestly, take this rental off the platform. We’ve never been disappointed in Trip, but the pictures are miss leading. It gives a sense that this is a normal hotel room when it is absolutely not.

I used the room only for shower and relax after an early morning flight arrival. For the price, everything was okay. Fresh towels, soap, toothpaste+ brush set etc were all provided, air-conditioning worked well after I switched it on

Waiting way too long for the key after already long and exhausting 訂房網站. Toilet needs upgrade, needed to flash few times. And the last thing is that they put me in total different hotel. So yeah. Probably not booking this hotel again.

A big scam! We booked this place because it was near the event I planned to attend. We arrived on time for check-in but waited for almost an hour before someone showed up and told us the room was fully booked—despite the fact that I had already made a reservation in advance. Then, the lady sent by the owner to pick me up brought me to a dirty, substandard transient place. This was very inconvenient because I had to take a taxi to the event. The main reason I booked this place was its proximity to the event and the advertised amenities. I believe this is their modus operandi: they overbook the place, and when guests arrive without other options, they are forced into a dirty, poorly maintained place to stay.

Local com baratas, geladeira suja, muita poeira no chao, no banheiro local do chuveiro azulejo esta quebrado perigoso cortar o pé. Sem agua quente sendo o menor dos problemas. Atendimento nao é profissional, bateram na porta me acordando sem motivos, erraram a unidade que eu aluguel. Ou seja nao recomendo essa unidade! O dono deve orientar melhor a pessoa que cuida do local a limpar direito, arrumar azulejo quebrado e orientar seus funcionario melhor o atendimento ao cliente.

Отель располагается в 10 минут от аэропорта, переходить дорогу нужно через Food Bridge, рядом Макдональдс и 7/11. При заселении было одно полотенце на двоих и не было туалетной бумаги. Второе полотенце дали, а на счет туалетной бумаги сказали-нету. Хорошо что это была всего одна ночь, потому что в номере тараканы
