From the moment I stepped into the gates of Courtyard Hotel Pasay, I knew I was going to have a special and unforgettable stay. From the front desk, to the housekeepers, the service and attention they gave to me was above and beyond!! The courtyard's ambiance was so breathtaking! Imagine coming off of a long travel day, and stepping into a magical secret garden as your refuge. I'm a very Type A person, so I had high expectations, and the Courtyard Hotel did not disappoint. The cleanliness was impressive, and my room was perfectly cold from the AC, and my bed was truly inviting. I'm glad I have somewhere that I can come back to over and over again when I'm in the Philippines. A big thank you to the Courtyard Hotel family... The way you took care of me truly means the world. Bathroom very bad. Refill some shampoo and soap. Dont leave it empty. Everything good except for that.

空港から近いので予約した。深夜フライトで到著だったので、事前に宿にメールで連絡したが、全く返事はなかった。 部屋に通されすぐに蟲を見つけてしまった。 共用シャワーが何台があったが、不具合のあるものが殆どだった。

This is my second booking here, but I was a bit dissappointed this time. The room sheets is not clean, stains are visible, no towel provided and was told that towel towel will cost extra 100. The rest are good, pool area is clean and free coffee & bread every morning. Stayed here for 2 nights this time.

From the moment I landed in the Philippines and arrived at The Courtyard Hotel (just about a 16-minute cab drive), I felt truly welcomed. The staff greeted me with genuine smiles and guided me straight to my room, making me feel at home right away. The hotel itself is beautiful, lively surroundings with plenty of shops, restaurants, and even a long bus station nearby that makes it easy to travel to different cities and attractions. I loved the outdoor swimming area, which adds a refreshing and relaxing vibe. My room was comfortable, and I had one of the best sleeps thanks to the soft bed. The shared toilets are extremely clean, well-maintained, and available 24/7, which really impressed me. Before checking out, the staff surprised me with a cheerful “good morning,” a memorable group photo, and even a free breakfast, such a thoughtful gesture that made my short stay extra special. I truly enjoyed my time here. The Courtyard Hotel is not only suitable for solo travelers but also perfect for anyone looking for a cozy, welcoming, and well-located place to rest. I will definitely come back again! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
